In HNSCC, CYP4F3 and CYP20A1 were extensively expressed in patient tissue biopsies from advanced stages (T2-T4), with CYP4F3 showing 9% coverage and a high Mascot score (289), and CYP20A1 exhibiting 14% coverage and a score of 269 (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CYP20A1 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
