In logistic regression analysis (Table 6), a significant association was found between preoperative 1-day IL-6 levels and adverse wound healing events, with a coefficient of 0.684 (standard error 0.322, Wald = 2.122, p = 0.034) and an odds ratio of 1.981 (95% CI 1.071–3.825), indicating a potential predictive role of preoperative 1-day IL-6 in wound healing outcomes following lung cancer surgery.
