The K-M curves found that the higher mRNA expression of SIRT1, SIRT4, SIRT5, or SIRT7 has a better overall survival (OS) in ALL, but the higher mRNA expression of SIRT2 was related to worse OS in ALL (p < 0.05) (Supplementary Figures S3A–G). The gene discussed is SIRT5; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
