Our results suggested that SIRT1, SIRT3, SIRT4, and SIRT7 have the potential to serve as diagnostic biomarkers for ALL (Supplementary Figures S1B–E; Supplementary Table S3) and SIRT5 has the potential to serve as a diagnostic biomarker for ALL relapse (Supplementary Figure S1F; Supplementary Table S4) [area under the curve (AUC) > 0.70, p < 0.001]. This evidence concerns the gene SIRT7 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
