ACACA and invasive breast carcinoma: Furthermore, the results of TIDE algorithm demonstrated that increased ACACA expression was related to higher TIDE scores in LGG, THCA, SARC, cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), glioblastoma (GBM) and breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), which suggested impaired cytotoxic T-cell infiltration and increased immune evasion (Figure 3E).
