These results indicate that m6A motif mutants 3 and 4 (corresponding to the third and fourth predicted m6A sites in the c-MYC CRD) are critical for YTHDF1-mediated translational regulation, demonstrating that YTHDF1 enhances c-MYC expression by recognizing m6A modifications at specific CRD sites in NPC.
