SMO and extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma: Through the lentiviral vector-mediated Smo RNA interference (LV-Smo-RNAi) lentiviral vector, effective silencing of the Smo gene in NKTCL cells can be achieved, thereby inhibiting the expression of the Smo protein and allowing observation of its effects on cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumor formation.
