CRP and coronary artery disorder: SHAP highlighted the following top positive contributors to the model’s prediction: Elevated high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP = 4.1 mg/L), which accounted for approximately 38% of the elevated risk score; long duration of type 2 diabetes (>10 years), contributing 19%; and a family history of premature coronary artery disease in a first-degree relative, contributing 18%.
