KEGG enrichment analyses revealed 13 pathways enriched in upregulated genes of CD4 T cells including several metabolic pathways (glutathione, glycerolipid, glycerophospholipid), pathways involved in drug metabolism and resistance, cancer-related pathways as well as a pathway linked to atherosclerosis and a phospholipase D signaling pathway (Figure 4d and Supplementary Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and cancer.
