Local databases (including Excel spreadsheets or local bespoke databases) were maintained at eight RCGS for individuals with a GPV in BRCA1/2, six RCGS for individuals with a GPV in PALB2, 11 RCGS for individuals with a GPV in MMR genes and six RCGS for individuals with a GPV in an intermediate penetrance hereditary breast or ovarian cancer gene (eg, CHEK2, ATM, RAD51C, RAD51D and BRIP1). The gene discussed is RAD51C; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
