TK1 and urinary bladder cancer: Analysis of the Cancer Genome Atlas–Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma dataset revealed that patients with bladder cancer with high H3C14 expression had significantly better overall survival (p = 0.0041); meanwhile, higher CNT3 expression was associated with poorer outcomes (p = 0.0057), and higher TK1 expression demonstrated a trend toward improved outcomes (p = 0.0665) (Figure 5P–R).
