CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: This high response rate, along with a durable DOR (87% of patients with a DOR ≥6 months and 50% of patients with a DOR ≥12 months) and OS (median 44.5 months), support a clinically meaningful benefit of cemiplimab in Japanese patients with advanced NSCLC with PD-L1 expression levels ≥50%.
