The high LIRA‐score group exhibited increased infiltration of T and B cells and activation of antitumor immune pathways such as JAK–STAT and NF‐κB (Figure 5J), consistent with a favorable response to ICI therapy.[45, 46] In contrast, the low LIRA‐score group showed higher tumor purity and significantly reduced levels of TILs and overall immune cell infiltration (Figure 5I,K).
