Pathology consultation of the prostate specimen was given, which was consistent with a diagnosis of PCa, supplemented with immunohistochemistry of the cervical lymph nodes, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) (part 3+) (Figure 1C), P504S (3+) (Figure 1D), TTF1 (−), CK7 (−), CK20 (−), napsin A (−), and P40 (−), consistent with metastatic carcinoma of the prostate. Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
