NBL1 was significantly overexpressed in advanced stage patients, particularly in stage IV disease (p = 0.005), and associated with factors such as venous invasion (p = 0.008), tumor status (p = 0.002), residual tumor (p < 0.001), and overall survival (p = 0.024), while showing no significant correlation with initial treatment outcome (p = 0.658), age > 60 years (p = 0.873), histological grade (p = 0.478), lymphatic vessel invasion (p = 0.137), or bilateral primary tumors (p = 0.982).
