Thirty studies met inclusion criteria.Meta-analysis showed that the A allele of rs4680 in the COMTgene (OR 0.85; 95% CI: 0.73–0.99; P = 0.0373) andthe G allele of rs1695 in GSTP1 (OR 0.69; 95% CI:0.51–0.92; P = 0.012) were associated withreduced risk of ovarian cancer. Here, GSTP1 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
