The study conducted blind testing on 428 samples and found that the sensitivity of EVs with double-positive CLDN3/HE4 combined with high miR-200c-3p expression for early ovarian cancer diagnosis reached 94.7%, which is significantly better than the traditional CA-125 assay providing a transformative tool for liquid biopsy of ovarian cancer.
