In the univariate analysis, older age (p = 0.025), lower serum albumin level (p = 0.012), elevated serum C-reactive protein (p = 0.043), higher neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (p = 0.003), higher CCI (p < 0.001), greater intraoperative blood loss (p = 0.020), severe postoperative complications (p = 0.031), advanced pathological stage (p = 0.002), and unfavorable BC status (score < 1) (p < 0.001) were identified as significant factors.
