In this regard, we developed and reported the cell-permeable linear lipopeptide CR1023 (N-myristoyl-PSQSSSEA), which mimics the C-terminal sequence of GAIP [10] and significantly inhibited PDAC cell proliferation in vitro and suppressed tumor growth in vivo, demonstrating the potential of targeting GIPC1 for cancer therapy. This evidence concerns the gene GIPC1 and neoplasm.
