Background and Objectives: To evaluate the prognostic value of the Clinical–Pathologic Stage–Estrogen receptor status and Grade (CPS+EG) staging system, which combines clinical staging, pathological staging, oestrogen receptor (ER) status, and tumour grade in predicting survival outcomes in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer receiving neoadjuvant therapy (NACT). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
