CD274 and urothelial carcinoma: Current guidelines and future perspectives: To date, standard targeted therapy for advanced urothelial carcinoma is directed mainly at other biomarkers—e.g., FGFR3 (erdafitinib) in tumors with FGFR3 mutations/fusions, as well as immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., anti-PD-1/PD-L1) in appropriate patients.
