ERBB2 and interstitial lung disease: Representative AEs reported for HER2 inhibitors include cardiotoxicity and infusion reactions from monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) like trastuzumab [6,15]; thrombocytopenia from antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) like trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) [16]; interstitial lung disease (ILD) associated with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) [11]; and diarrhea from tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) like neratinib [14].
