miR-17 induced the destabilization of TRAF2 and reduced its ability to associate with cellular inhibitor of apoptosis 2 (cIAP2), resulting in the downregulation of TNF-α-induced NF-κBp65, c-Jun, and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) nuclear translocation and production of IL-6, IL-8, MMP-1, and MMP-13 in human RA SFs [30].
