Overexpression of CDH17 is commonly found in gastric cancer (GC) [3,4,5], hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) [6,7,8], and neuroendocrine tumours (NECs) [9,10], and it has also been reported to distinguish primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder from urothelial carcinoma [11,12]. Here, CDH17 is linked to gastric cancer.
