Alongside our data on MAPKs, this collective evidence supports the conclusion that TQ attenuates COX-2 expression and PGE2 production by disrupting MAPK (p38, JNK, ERK) and NF-κB (p65/p50) signaling through the upregulation of hsa-miR-199a-3p in human lung cancer cells. Here, NFKB1 is linked to lung cancer.
