By compiling the results from our frequently altered genes, the highest mutation rates in genes associated with the PAM pathway were MTOR (5.1%), RAC1 (4.1%), and TP53 (4.1%), with PIK3C2G accounting for 8.3% of CNAs, consistent with previous studies conducting extensive research into MTOR and RAC1 in testicular tumors and solid tumors, respectively [16,32,42]. Here, RAC1 is linked to neoplasm of testis.
