PDIA2 and neoplasm: Seven genes—AGR2 (Anterior Gradient 2), CEACAM6 (Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Adhesion Molecule 6), GNMT (Glycine N-Methyltranserase), PDIA2 (Protein Disulfide Isomerase Family A Member 2), POSTN (Periostin, Osteoblast Specific Factor), RBPJL (Recombination Signal Binding Protein for Immunoglobulin Kappa J Region-Like), and S100P (S100 Calcium Binding Protein P)— were identified as being specifically overexpressed in tumor tissues regardless of racial background.
