NLRP3 and pneumonia: This not only proves that the NLRP3 inflammasome and its signaling pathway play an important role in P. multocida infection but also illustrates the anti-inflammatory effect of baicalin, suggesting that baicalin may exert its anti-inflammatory effect through NLRP3 in P. multocida-induced pneumonia and vascular inflammatory injury, combined with the results of molecular docking.
