In addition, our previous work showed that type-19 composition ratios underperformed in discriminating the histological grades (high grade vs. low grade) and proliferation status (high Ki-67 index vs. low Ki-67 index) of malignant lesions and demonstrated worse performance in classifying four molecular subtypes (Luminal A, Luminal B, HER-2, and triple-negative) of breast cancer. The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is breast carcinoma.
