These data, along with the upregulation of other EMT-related DEGs in breast cancer cells (CDH1 and MMP1, which encode N-cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase 1, respectively) and the downregulation of ALOX5 (which plays a drug-sensitizing function [56]) in leukemia cells, indicate the credibility of obtained results. This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and breast cancer.
