In the whole cohort, high p73-high p53 co-expression was associated with a poor outcome, characterised by shorter breast cancer-specific survival (BCSS) (p = 0.001) (Figure 3E), including in ER+ (p = 0.040) (Figure 3F) but not in ER- breast cancer (Figure 3G). Here, TP73 is linked to breast carcinoma.
