The Mann–Whitney U test indicated a median (interquartile range) of 0.3104 (0.1386~0.7502) for normal skin tissues and 1.1951 (0.9500~2.0602) for melanoma tissues with respect to p-GSK3β expression, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0009) between the two groups (Figure 1B).
