According to our findings, SPHK1 (sphingosine kinase 1), VSIG4 (V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing 4), and FCGR2B (Fc gamma receptor IIb) were highly expressed in patients with higher risk scores, while FPR2 (formyl peptide receptor 2) was predominantly expressed in low-risk patients with CRC, aligning with previous studies. This evidence concerns the gene FPR2 and colorectal carcinoma.
