MAPK15 and fatty liver disease: Our preclinical study aimed to explore the potential of a simple, reliable, refined methodology integrating CUS with different US imaging computerized analysis (USICA) approaches for a longitudinal monitoring of the early stages of hepatic steatosis in living C57BL/6J wild type (WT) mice and knock out (KO) mice for MAPK15-ERK8 genes in this genetic background, fed standard and Western-style diets, with histology as gold standard.
