Our findings reveal key immune subsets (CD8+CD20+ T-cells, CD8+CD14+ T-cells, and M2-like CD14+CD163+ monocytes) in HIV-positive pre-NHL individuals that could offer novel biomarkers for early detection and risk stratification of AIDS-NHL, advancing our understanding of the immune dysregulation driving lymphomagenesis in PWH. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
