Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed multifocal subacute ischemia with hemorrhagic transformation, while laboratory findings showed thrombocytopenia, anemia, raised erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), impaired renal function, and a positive antinuclear antibody (ANA) test, confirming the diagnosis of SLE with neuropsychiatric involvement.
