Three NDCGs exhibited a general hyper-coordination in T2D (“Ribosome”, “Insulin secretion”, and “Lysosome”) and eight were overall de-coordinated (“UPR”, “Microfilaments”, “Glycolysis”, “Proliferation”, “Glucose response”, “Microtubuli”, “Mitochondria”, and “Cell cycle”). The gene discussed is INS; the disease is type 2 diabetes mellitus.
