When examining the proportion of allergy patients with variants in a given gene (for genes with at least 20 cases), DOCK8 had the highest proportion (66.1% of n=162), followed by CARD11 (AD DN) (53.3% of n=30), Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B (ARPC1B, 38.1% of n=21), and PLCG2 (37.9% of n=29) (Figure 2).
