Based on the 11 DEGs (CCL19, PAMP3, GABRP, PTGDS, ACKR1, FOXJ1, IGJ, APOD, MZB1, CA2, AQP1), we constructed a cervical cancer genotyping profile to stratify patients (Figure 5A) and divided patients with cervical cancer into two types: gene Cluster A and gene Cluster B (Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene APOD and cervical carcinoma.
