IL10 and skin disorder: We previously reported that the application of maxacalcitol (MCT), a VD3 analogue, resulted in an increase of Tregs and IL‐10 production and the suppression of Th17 responses, leading to improvement of psoriasis‐like dermatitis provoked by IMQ in mice, whereas topical corticosteroids enabled improvement of dermatitis through the suppression of Th17 responses without induction of Tregs [14].
