Yet, these patients shared core clinical features consistent with JAK/STAT pathway hyperactivation, similar to those observed in patients with GOF variants in STAT1 (susceptibility to infections), STAT5 (atopic dermatitis), or STAT6 (hyper-eosinophilia and allergy), or haploinsufficiency of SOCS1 or PTPN2 (multi-organ autoimmunity).
