HLA-G and hypercalcemia disease: Shorter survival was linked to hemoglobin ≤ 12 g/dL (HR 2.82, p = 0.004), hypercalcemia (HR 1.70, p = 0.002), ISS stage III (58.4 vs. 104.7 months; HR 3.25, p < 0.001), ECOG III–IV (28.5 vs. 90.2 months; HR 1.73, p < 0.001), older age (HR 1.05, p < 0.001), elevated λ FLC (HR 4.85, p = 0.015), ≥ 2 high‐risk cytogenetic aberrations (87.8, 84.0, and 38.2 months for 0, 1, and ≥ 2 aberrations; HR 1.85, p = 0.020), high LDH (HR 1.85, p < 0.001), and elevated β2‐microglobulin (HR 1.02, p < 0.001) (Table 5, Figure 2D.H).
