BRAF and neoplasm: Tumours of mice treated with BRAFV600E siRNA showed a reduction in BRAF expression (Fig. 9C) and a significant reduction in growth compared to mice treated with a non-targeting siRNA control (Fig. 9B, D, and E), indicating that HE25 peptide successfully delivered BRAFV600E siRNA in vivo and resulted in inhibition of tumour growth.
