Consistently, Kaplan–Meier analysis of survival in a cohort of NSCLC patients (Gyorffy, 2024) showed a favorable outcome for patients with either low SUV39H1 or high TRIP12 expression in both overall survival and first progression, emphasizing the anticorrelation of these proteins in survival (Figs. 5G and EV7H). Here, TRIP12 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
