Multinomial logistic regression examined HPV and dysglycemia associations with LSIL (low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions), HSIL(high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions), and cervical cancer, highlighting interaction and mediation analyses involving Ki-67.<h4>Results</h4>A total of 4,115 participants were included: 573 with hyperglycemia, 1,479 with HPV only, and 548 with both HPV and hyperglycemia. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and cervical carcinoma.
