Conversely, increased levels of globulin (GLB) (RR = 0.56, 95% CI 0.38–0.82, P = 0.006), hemoglobin (HGB) (RR = 0.77, 95% CI 0.63–0.93, P = 0.009), red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (HCT), and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) were significantly associated with reduced risk of EOS (Fig. 2).
