These data indicate that the expression of NKp46 and NKG2D receptors on NK cells may be conditioned differently depending on the type of BC cells, i.e. TNBC (MDA-MB-231) versus luminal-A (MCF-7) cells, with which they come in contact, in agreement with the greater resistance to different treatments typical of TNBCs as compared to luminal-A cells [2, 3]. This evidence concerns the gene NCR1 and breast cancer.
