Notably, FGFR intergenic-breakpoint fusions—novel potentially druggable alterations—were less common in our cohort (4.39%, 5/114) than in the MSKCC cohort (14.38%, 22/153), and included a newly identified FGFR3 intergenic-breakpoint fusion in melanoma (Figure 2F and Table S3). Here, FGFR3 is linked to melanoma.
