Glycan profiling of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from patients with AD reveals elevated levels of bisecting and core-fucosylated N-glycans with reduced sialylation, probably associated with N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase III (MGAT3) overexpression74 (Fig. 2 and Table 1).
