When assessing differentially expressed genes in TS603 and 905 IDHmut glioma cells with versus without YAP or TAZ expression, and filtering genes with low expression (Mean Norm Counts <10, statistical significance Padj<0.05 and magnitude of change log2FC > 1 or log2FC < –1), numerous genes are altered in response to YAP/TAZ (Supplemental Figure 5, A and B).
