Sporoderm-broken spores of G. lucidum (SBSGL), which contain primarily triterpenoids and polysaccharides, have been shown to effectively inhibit hepatoblastoma malignancy and modulate autophagic flux by decreasing O-GlcNAc modifications in the Receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1) protein and its protein levels. Here, RACK1 is linked to hepatoblastoma.
